What they don’t teach you at B-School March 27, 2007

For those interested, an article I wrote on how relevant B-school education is in the context of entrepreneurship, was published by the Business Standard of 27th March 07, in the Strategist supplement.
Here’s the link.
Feedback will be much appreciated.

good show! here’s a thought – perhaps you could post actual experiences of where the education was useful/useless?
for instance, what in the course would have helped you to answer the question – if i recruit this ‘high-cost’ person now, will the revenues keep up and grow?
personally, nothing prepared me for the experience of shutting down the part of the business that had kept us going for 6-years, and letting go of 20-people! and thus the thought of sharing stories….
then again, b-school days are now a hazy blur of pleasant memories, the learning bits have long been buffed… away?

looking forward to more – and perhaps to a new section on your blog.
